Bonnie, thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication in sorting everything out with our trip with such short notice that the hotel we booked for next week wasn’t going to be ready for our stay, we greatly appreciate it. Bonnie goes above and beyond when things go wrong, she is on top of it and and it becomes her priority to make things right. She pays attention to what your likes and needs are and does everything she can to make that happen. I have used Bonnie for several vacations and I have never been disappointed with any of our trips as far as special requests, she seems to always make them happen. I would highly recommend Bonnie. Bonnie did a fantastic job organizing our honeymoon to Peru in June, 2014. I certainly didn’t make things easy for her at first, as we hadn’t nailed down an exact location and it took some time to figure out where we wanted to go.

Bonnie got back to me on time, provide lots of options to choose from, gave as much information about the locations up front to help us with our decision making process and when we finally landed on Peru, she genuinely was excited for us and really showed she cared about us having a once in a life time experience.

Bonnie was amazing in planning my families first vacation to Cuba. We are a large family so the task was not an easy one for sure. Bonnie’s knowledge and professionalism was out of this world and gave our kids a trip they will Cherish forever!!!! Thank you for all you did Bonnie!! Kim and I had the times of our lives in Jamaica at Secrets St. James, in fact, it is on our list to return there one day again soon and rekindle some of our memories from the trip.  It was no doubt the nicest resort either one of us had ever been to before.

The trip was just fab! We loved it! Great food, accommodation and wonderful guides.  The guides in Rome and Pompeii were particularly exceptional, but they were all really good.  I also liked the balance of guided and free time. I would definitely recommend and use Kensington again. All of the traveling, drivers and transfers were stress free and well organized.

I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism and assistance during our entire booking process.  You proposed some very unique vacation destinations and in the end we felt we made the best choice and had an awesome week-long experience.  The resort was absolutely gorgeous, it’s set on a private island which is about a 10 minute boat ride from the mainland.  There was lush greenery throughout the island and there are many times when we were walking around the island that you felt alone and isolated.  The restaurants have a lot to offer and those types of meals would have cost $150 plus in Toronto and were amazing.  The beaches were fantastic and quiet and there was no worry about finding a spot as there were always chairs and shade.  The staff were excellent, super friendly and always looking to help provide a great experience.”

I love having Bonnie book my travel for me.  Bonnie has children similar in age to my own so she knows exactly what I’m looking for in a vacation. Bonnie has booked two trips to Cuba for me.  Once I traveled on my own and once with my family.  I could easily book my travel online but I prefer to use Bonnie as she is always answering my questions and remembers everything I would forget.  I look forward to having Bonnie help me book my family vacation to the East coast next year.

I’m not sure if I had told you about my struggles in talking with numerous travel agents that weren’t addressing our needs for this trip or even getting back to us at times.  You listed to what I requested and built a really good option that met our expectations. I was so happy to have an option outside of taking a bus tour for three weeks! She was also able to recommend options based on her experience booking for family’s with children.
